Four steps, no surprises.
Send your résumé
With or without a specific role in mind. Most people we place started with a general application and a few lines about what they wanted next.
Have a real conversation
A recruiter calls you. We want to know what you're good at, what you enjoy, and what would make the next move the right one.
Show us, then tell us
A skills assessment that's relevant to the work, followed by a structured interview. You'll get feedback either way.
Decide together
We only put you forward for roles you've said yes to. We handle scheduling and the offer, and we check in after you start.
Nothing fits? Send your résumé anyway.
Attach a current résumé and tell us what kind of work you want and where. Two or three sentences is plenty. We keep general applications on file and come back to you when a matching role opens, which happens more often than you'd think.
We don't share your details with any client until we've spoken with you and you've agreed to be put forward for that role. Details in the privacy policy.
Hear about roles before they're posted.
Leave an email and we'll send you openings that match your field as they come in. Usually a few a month, sometimes none. We don't share the list and you can stop any time.

What candidates ask us.
Do I have to apply for a specific job?
No. Most of the people we place came to us with a general application and we matched them to a role later. Send your résumé, tell us what you are good at and what you want next, and we will keep you in mind for everything that fits.
What happens after I send my résumé?
A recruiter reads it. If there is a plausible fit for something we are working on, or likely to work on, we book a short call. After that comes a skills assessment and a structured interview. Only then would we talk to a client about you, and only with your say-so.
Will you send my résumé to companies without telling me?
Never. We do not send anyone's details to a client until we have spoken with you and you have agreed to be considered for that specific role. This is one of the things we are strict about.
Are the roles remote?
Some are, some are not. Many of the public-sector and technology roles we work on are remote or hybrid within Canada. Tell us what you need and we will be straight about which roles fit.
What happens when I refer someone?
If you know someone who would be right for a role we are working on, use the referral form and we will take it from there. We will always tell you how it went.

Know someone who'd be right for one of these? Tell us.
We'll contact them directly and let you know how it went.
