1. Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Staffing and consulting services themselves are governed by the written agreement you sign with P@thLion Staffing Inc., not by these terms.
2. Information on this site
Job listings, market commentary and the figures on this site are provided for general information. Listings come from our applicant-tracking system and may change or close without notice. Market updates reflect our own observations from live searches and are not professional, legal or financial advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current but do not guarantee it.
3. Applications and enquiries
When you submit an application, referral or enquiry you confirm the information is true and that you have the right to share it, including any details about a person you refer. We never charge candidates a fee for placement. We do not send your details to a client without your agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping of listings or personal data, no attempts to access systems you are not authorized to use, no submission of malicious code or false information, and no use of the site to send unsolicited messages.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, the P@thLion name and lion mark are owned by or licensed to P@thLion Staffing Inc.. You may view and print pages for personal reference. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.
6. Third-party links and content
The site links to our careers portal, social media and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, P@thLion Staffing Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Canadian consumer-protection legislation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
